We are also an enotary, which means we can offer complete online digital e-documents and digital signatures, and we post our approved seal on the document via ENS (Electronic Notary Seal). 24-Hour Mobile Notary provides services for the entire Hampton Roads area, which includes Hampton, Poquoson, Newport News, York County, Williamsburg on the Peninsula, and Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Carrollton, and Smithfield on the Southside.
We are also Certified Notary Signing Agents, and we participate in Real Estate Closings. We are familiar with each and every document signed at closing, and we work with several title companies to ensure that your closing runs smoothly. We have extensive experience in FHA Loans, VA Loans, and Conventional Loans, as well as in Government Mortgage Loan Modification Programs (HAMP) and all other mortgage loan modification programs. In addition, we have extensive experience in representing HUD in 3rd party transactions.
