24-Hour Mobile Notary

NOTARY SERVICES: $10 Per Seal (Please Note: We are a Mobile Notary Service ONLY. Travel costs apply based on mileage, and additional after hours charges may apply.)

WITNESSES: We provide witnesses for legal documents at a rate of $75 per witness from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and $105 per witness after hours, weekends and holidays.

ENOTARIZATION: $25 Per Electronic Seal (U.S. Only) Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm Eastern Time Only (Other charges may apply including after hours appointments, the scanning of documents, mailing, split signings, extended and/or multiple sessions, translation services, document enotarization packages, and special services requests)

TRAVEL AND MILEAGE FEES:

* Mileage is based on a round trip. Rates below are for mobile notary services between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Call for an after hours quote, or see Additional Services Fees below.

* 00-10 Miles             $70.00   Travel Fee

* 11-20 Miles             $100.00   Travel Fee

* 21-40 Miles             $130.00   Travel Fee

For more than 40 miles please call or email for a travel rate/fee. Please remember to include all requested information on the form for an accurate rate.

TOLL FEES:

Chesapeake Expressway (Route 168)         $5.00
Coleman Bridge (Route 17)                       $5.00
Chesapeake Bay Bridge (Route 13)           $30.00
Norfolk Midtown/Downtown Tunnel           $9.00

Other toll fees may apply as required for travel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES FEES:

* Loan Document Package:       $175.00 – $225.00 For Mileage up to 25 miles each way. We will travel additional miles for additional cost.
(up to 120 pages per package, edoc, no fax back, includes buyers copies, client pays shipping.) Packages larger than 120 pages are an additional $25.00.

* Preliminary Documents:            $175.00
(up to 30 miles round trip and  up to 100 pages per package, edoc, no fax back, includes buyers copies, client pays shipping.)

* Copies and Faxes per page                               $7.50
* After Hours Fees (5:00 pm – 9:00 pm)             $75.00
* After Hours Fees (9:00 pm – 9:00 am)           $110.00
* Saturday/Sunday Fee                                    $60.00

*These fees are additional to the standard and travel fees, and are for mobile notary services only.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
I understand that last minute changes in your schedule may be unavoidable and I will try to accommodate those changes as best I can. Please understand that when I make an appointment I am setting aside enough time to do my best work and that each appointment is for only one client. I do not overbook expecting some of my clients to not show for their appointments. Therefore, a broken appointment results in wasted time for both of us, adding to the cost of providing service for all of my clients. To be fair to everyone involved, if you cancel, no-show, or are unprepared for a scheduled appointment without calling/emailing 4 hours prior to scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. You will be invoiced for the missed appointment on the same day.  Payment of invoice is expected upon receipt.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Notary reserves the right to refuse signing if proper identification can not be established.
